Construction Management

We provide construction management services in the commercial and industrial industries. As the construction manager, we work closely with the Owner, Developer and Governmental Agencies to develop budgets, review and revise drawings based on the client’s specifications. Our extensive knowledge of cost effective labor, trade subcontractors, materials and suppliers provide the client with Value Engineering services which results in costs savings. Project costs are “open book” to the client to ensure projects are completed as scheduled and under budget. We offer construction management services for new construction and renovation projects. The oversight of the construction manager minimizes the time expended by the client.
